SARAH & KAILEY

INTIMATE CEREMONY WITH AN UPBEAT BREWERY RECEPTION

Sarah and Kailey were another Covid couple that faced rescheduling of their wedding. Originally planned for November 2020, they finally tied the knot in September 2021.

Sarah and Kailey not only faced Covid as a concern, but when they approached their original venue about postponing the date they ended up receiving a refund in the mail and an email saying they were no longer available to host their wedding on their current date or any date in the future. As abrupt and disheartening as this was, we all look back and see that it was a blessing in disguise. The venues they found for their ceremony and reception were so beautiful and fit both of them so well that I can’t even imagine what it would have been like at the old venue.

Both brides wanted to have a smaller, more intimate ceremony and a reception the following day. While this is not what you see traditionally, it was such an amazing weekend and allowed Sarah and Kailey to enjoy time together after officially being married in a laid back and intimate environment. They were married on Friday at the Fotheringay Bed and Breakfast that allows for a stunning view in all directions and many sites for an actual ceremony. The following day, they changed up the vibe and headed to Eastern Divide Brewing Company where they showed a video of their ceremony to all guests and went straight into dinner and dancing afterwards.

I was honored to be a part of such an amazing team of wedding professionals who came together and made this wedding weekend one to remember for Sarah, Kailey and all of their beloved guests. Feast and Company provided several food stations that kept everyone coming back for more, their band, Hot Sauce, kept the vibe going all night, and Elegance Artistry made it possible for Sarah and Kailey to look as fresh and beautiful at the end of the night as they did in the beginning.
