On any given wedding day (and in the months leading up to it), we step into roles that no one expects — but every couple needs. From therapist to family mediator, dress fluffer to emergency fixer, we wear a lot of hats and switch between them seamlessly, all to make sure your day runs beautifully. 👑🧰

1. Therapist 🫶

Planning a wedding is emotional — full stop. You’re making big decisions, managing expectations, blending families, and sometimes dealing with drama. We’re not licensed (let’s be clear!)  but we are deeply experienced in calming nerves, offering perspective, and helping couples feel heard and supported through every high and low.


2. Bathroom Attendant 🚻

Did the bride need help holding her dress up in a tiny stall? Did someone lose a hairpin or need a touch-up after a teary toast? We’ve been there — in the restroom, on our knees, making sure everything stays in place and nothing hits the floor. Glamorous? Not quite. Necessary? Absolutely.

No one wants a hangry bridal party. We’re often the ones sneaking appetizers to you while you take photos, bringing water to the couple during speeches, or grabbing a plate for Grandma when she can’t navigate the buffet. It’s about caring for people — and that includes serving when needed.

When the actual bartenders are busy or a champagne toast needs to happen right now, we jump in. We’ve popped bottles, passed cocktails, and even mixed the occasional emergency drink for a nervous toast-giver. No certification required — just resourcefulness and a steady pour.


5. Personal Assistant 📋

From steaming dresses to running last-minute errands, answering phones, holding bouquets, or keeping track of the couple’s phones and personal items — we’re the ultimate PA for the day. We’ve probably already anticipated whatever you need (or forgot you needed).


6. Seamstress 🪡

Wardrobe malfunctions are not if — they’re when. Whether it’s a broken bustle, a zipper that won’t zip, or a torn strap, we’re armed with safety pins, fashion tape, and sewing kits. We’ve stitched brides into their dresses, repaired suits, and kept clothing catastrophes from becoming memories.


7. Content Creator 📸

While the photographer and videographer work their magic, we’re often grabbing behind-the-scenes footage, filming sweet moments, and capturing content that couples can look back on immediately. We know what looks good, when the lighting’s perfect, and how to make it feel authentic — especially for social media.


8. Security Guard 🛡️

We don’t mean standing at the door in a black suit (although, honestly, we’d do that too), but we do protect the couple’s space, energy, and experience. Whether it’s keeping guests from crowding during portraits, redirecting an unruly family member, or handling a vendor who’s gone rogue, we’re there to keep the peace — with grace, of course.


9. Clean-Up Crew 🧹

At the end of the night, when the last song has played and the guests are gone, we’re often still there packing up décor, gathering personal items, boxing up cake, and making sure everything gets home or to the correct vendor. We stay until the end because your peace of mind lasts beyond the final dance.


10. Meteorologist 🌤️

Rain on the forecast? Heat wave incoming? Wind strong enough to send your place cards flying? We’re constantly checking weather apps and radar maps — sometimes days (or minutes) ahead of the wedding. Whether it’s coordinating a last-minute tent, moving the ceremony indoors, or bringing extra fans and umbrellas, we pivot plans and keep things running, rain or shine.
