The discovery call

Remember your first date? You went in unsure, with so many questions, but you left with the butterflies just knowing it felt right. Think of our first call like that. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other, because it is so important that you trust we are the right fit.  We already know you have good taste!

We have already mentioned that no couple is like the other. We are here to listen and understand what you need and your vision. Following our call, we get to work on crafting your personalized proposal of services. You should see it come your way within 2 business days following our call.

You said yes!! The T’s are crossed and the I’s are dotted, so now let the fun begin. We begin our time together with a foundation call for all packages to set the tone for the planning process and what you can expect from us based on the service you have chosen. You can rest easy knowing we are in your corner.

The day is finally here and we cannot wait to celebrate it with you. Sit back, relax, and watch the magic happen as your vision comes to life. So many hours have been spent waiting on this moment, and our team is locked and ready to give you the memories you both deserve.  We did it, now go get married!

Questions

How far out do we need to book?


We suggest booking as soon as you have your date to lock it in on our calendar.  We are spending about 12-18 months with our Full Planning clients and are booked about 7-9 months prior for our Management clients.

Do you Travel?

We LOVE to travel!  Our typical radius is about 180 miles from Roanoke, VA, but don't let that stop you from reaching out.  We are game for an adventure.

What types of weddings do you work with?

We work on all kinds of wedding and events, whether Religious, Civil, Same-sex/ LGBTQ Weddings and Events, Symbolic, or any other. We don't discriminate.

IS YOUR COMPANY INSURED?


Yes, we are! We know how important this is for any business, especially in this industry. More and more venues and professionals are requiring proof of business liability insurance and we can easily provide that those that need it.

Do you charge a flat rate or percentage?

Our Full Planning & Design works from a percentage of your overall budget with a minimum flat rate.  Our Management services start from a flat rate.

Do you offer day or month-of coordination?

To keep it simple, no we do not.  Our Wedding Management is comparable to that, but so much more because it's what your day needs and deserves.  Let's make magic happen here guys!

How does staffing work on the wedding day?

You will always have at least one lead planner and one assistant present for your wedding day.  We bring in additional staff as needed tailored to the services you choose, but we got you covered!
